Michael’s background includes 12 years of business leadership experience. He owned and operated several industrial-sector businesses, which taught him the importance of accountability, a strong work ethic, and customer service.

Patrick specializes in industrial landlord and tenant representation, representing clients in both lease and sales transactions. Patrick’s background in economics helps businesses evaluate their real estate needs, including site selection, lease analysis and market data.

Previously, Patrick worked as a project manager in San Francisco for a retail leasing agency and as the Southern California regional manager for a nonprofit housing developer. These experiences enable him to better uncover transaction details and the nuances of client management. He also owns and manages several personal investment properties, allowing him to provide an owner’s perspective to his clients.

Farah specializes in industrial commercial leasing and is focused on building strong relationships with tenants and landlords. She thrives in simplifying the complexities of commercial real estate transactions: encouraging questions and taking the time to break down concepts, so her clients are more comfortable making well-informed decisions.

Previously, Farah served as an asset manager for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, a government agency, managing over 400,000 sf of mixed-use commercial properties in Honolulu. Her 10-plus years of experience includes lease negotiations, investment acquisitions and tenant relations, to maximize portfolio returns. She also built an expertise in navigating the State of Hawaii’s government procurement and processing systems.

Karyn provides marketing and administrative assistance to the team. Her responsibilities include updating reports, conducting follow-up calls, and coordination and distribution of all marketing materials. Karyn’s deep attention to detail and longtime work with Colliers clients enables her to support all aspects of real estate associated with marketing a project.
